POLICY
At London’s Collective, we value every individual who takes part in our events and contributes to the growth of our community. To ensure fairness and transparency, we have set the following policy for all event bookings:
Refund Policy
- All ticket sales are final. We do not accept refunds once a ticket has been purchased.
- As a non-profit organisation, all ticket proceeds are reinvested back into the community to help us continue hosting events and creating opportunities for others.
- Please ensure you are able to attend the event before making your booking, as we are unable to issue refunds under any circumstances.
Event Cancellations
- In the rare event that London’s Collective must cancel or reschedule an event, all attendees will be notified in advance.
- Where possible, your ticket will be transferred to the rescheduled date or applied toward another upcoming event.
Transfers
- Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly approved by London’s Collective. This is to ensure accurate attendance records and the safety of our community members.
