COMMUNITY JOURNAL

Welcome to the London’s Collective Journal — a space where we share stories from our events, collaborations, and community milestones.

Every event is more than just a gathering — it’s an experience. Here, we capture those moments and reflect on what made them special. From hosting a networking evening in a cosy café to creating connections at a summer picnic in the park, each entry tells the story of how our community continues to grow.

Through these posts, you’ll get an inside look at:

  • The venues and atmospheres that bring our events to life.
  • The incredible people who join us and the connections they make.
  • Highlights, photos, and stories from the day.
  • Insights into how London’s Collective is evolving.

Think of it as our way of documenting the journey — so whether you joined us in person or are following along from afar, you’ll always feel part of the story.

Eid Market at KASA Café – 4th June 2025

Cavendish Street , W1W 6YJ

On the 4th of June 2025, London’s Collective hosted an Eid Market at Casa Café, celebrating community and supporting eight amazing small businesses. Stalls featured everything from Eid cards and crochet pieces to perfumes, Palestinian bracelets, natural oils, and even scrap-made necklaces.

The atmosphere was full of unity as the public came together to browse, connect, and support local creatives. Casa Café, a cosy South Asian café opposite Westminster University, was the perfect venue. A special thank you to Krishna, the founder, whose kindness and hospitality made the day even more memorable.

The event highlighted what London’s Collective stands for: celebrating culture, uplifting small businesses, and bringing people together.

Summer Market at Revert to Reality – 20th July 2025

Leyton E10

On the 20th of July, London’s Collective hosted a vibrant Summer Market at Revert to Reality in Leyton. The event brought together a mix of small and larger businesses, all showcasing their products and services to the local community.

With over 300 people from the public attending, the atmosphere was lively, supportive, and full of energy. It was inspiring to see so many people come together to celebrate local talent, shop consciously, and strengthen community ties.

The day was a true reflection of what London’s Collective is all about — connection, collaboration, and community.

Bracelet Making with My Trove Jewels – 9th August 2025

Cafe Volonte

On the 9th of August, London’s Collective collaborated with My Trove Jewels to host a bracelet making event at Volonté Café in central London. The atmosphere was warm and wholesome, with a relaxed café setting that made the evening feel cosy and inviting.

The event brought together mostly women, along with a few men, and it was beautiful to see strangers meet, connect, and network while creating something meaningful. The My Trove Jewels team made the evening extra special — with founder Kiran bringing her creativity and vision, and her team member Amber supporting us throughout the event with kindness and enthusiasm.

Together, they helped participants design unique and stunning bracelets, making the night not only creative but also memorable. It was a truly uplifting evening, filled with conversation, artistry, and community spirit

Founders & Creatives Networking – 14th September 2025 kismet cafe Whitechapel E1

On the 14th of September, London’s Collective hosted our very first mixed networking event at Kismet Café in Whitechapel. The gathering brought together founders, entrepreneurs, and creatives in an atmosphere that was both inspiring and welcoming.

The Kismet Café team went above and beyond — their hospitality, the relaxed environment, and the quality of the drinks made the evening unforgettable. Attendees rated their experience a clear 10/10, praising not only the event itself but also the café as the perfect venue.

The event proved to be more than just networking. Attendees shared that they left with new tools, techniques, and perspectives to apply in their personal and professional journeys. Beyond that, many connected with people they hadn’t expected to — strangers became collaborators, and conversations turned into opportunities.

It was a truly wholesome and transformative evening, setting the tone for more impactful mixed events to come.

The exchange night with chitchatclublondon and filtrd cafe - 7th November 2025

Covent Garden

Our Exchange Night wasn’t a date night  it was a space built around connection, conversation, and community. The heart behind this event was simple: creating friendships through board games, topic talks, and genuine interactions.

One thing we truly value is that age is just a number. You don’t need to surround yourself only with people your own age. You can build meaningful friendships with those younger or older than you what matters is mindset, values, and connection. Even our founder has formed friendships with women older than her, and it’s never been a barrier because the understanding and energy aligned. Sometimes those outside your age group can relate to you even more than your peers.

And no this isn’t about replacing anyone, but expanding your social circles. Having multiple communities can genuinely help you grow.

Thanks to our incredible collaborations, we were able to put together a 10/10 event with 40+ attendees our biggest event of the year!

A huge thank you to FILTRD London:

Huma and founders Jay & Kavin were amazing. The service was unmatched, and the atmosphere was wholesome and warm. We highly recommend visiting FILTRD  whether it’s for a study session, a catch-up with friends, or even a solo date. The environment is perfect.

And of course, ChitChatClubLondon  working with founder Ciara was an absolute pleasure. Her personality, confidence, and energy are exactly what our Collective represents. It was inspiring to collaborate with someone who truly understands the value of bringing communities together.

Below are some photos from the night capturing the laughter, creativity, and beautiful connections made.
