Terms and conditions

By purchasing a ticket or attending an event hosted by London’s Collective, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Ticket Purchase

All ticket sales are final.

Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by London’s Collective.

If the event is cancelled by us, you may choose a full refund or credit toward a future event.

2. Ticket Transfers

If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person.

You must notify London’s Collective of the new attendee’s name and contact details before the event.

Failure to provide updated details may result in denied entry.

3. Attendance & Conduct

Attendees must behave respectfully toward others.

London’s Collective reserves the right to remove anyone engaging in harmful, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour, without refund.

Any damage caused to the venue or equipment remains the responsibility of the attendee.

4. Event Changes

Event details (location, time, activities) are subject to change.

If significant changes occur, attendees will be notified via email or social media.

5. Privacy & Data

We may collect attendee information (name, contact number, address) for safety and verification purposes.

Your information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

6. Photography & Media

Photography and videography may take place during events.

By attending, you consent to being recorded or photographed for content and marketing purposes.

If you prefer not to be recorded, please inform a staff member upon arrival and we will do our best to accommodate.

7. Liability

London’s Collective is not responsible for:

• Personal injury caused by negligence of attendees

• Loss or damage of personal items

• Travel delays or personal costs

Attendance is at your own risk.

8. Payment

All payments must be completed before entering the event.

Administrative or “shipping” fees may apply to support processing and data handling.

9. Age Requirements

Events are designed for individuals aged 25–40 unless otherwise stated.

ID may be requested for verification.

10. Acceptance

By attending or purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
