Returns and refunds

We do not offer refunds on event tickets.

However, if London’s Collective cancels the event, you will receive a full refund.

You may also choose to receive credit for a future event instead this is optional.

If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else.

We have a group chat where you can post to find someone interested in taking your ticket.

If you transfer your ticket, you must confirm the new attendee’s details with us so we can update our records.
